I cannot believe how helpful and communicative Joe Restivo was with my recent refinance. The rate was extremely competitive, but more importantly, Joe took the time to walk me through all of the options with an analysis of each. In today’s post-meltdown market, I was naturally skeptical about working with a mortgage broker I found over the Internet. But testimonials like this one convinced me to take the plunge. Working with Dave Lamb turned out to be a very positive experience. I shopped around for a good rate and his was the lowest. It seemed too good to be true, but we locked and that was indeed the rate I got. The closing costs also came in very close to his good faith estimate, which is not that common in my experience. So the APR held up as well. Overall, it was a smooth process. Dave was easy to work with and always available. Everything happened as promised--on schedule with no surprises.

We came to Mr. Restivo and ritewaymortgages.com in dire straits, as our current mortgage broker was in the midst of fumbling our home purchase deal at a critical moment. Joseph not only righted the ship, but was able to produce a product that literally saved us upward of 6k a year. He sat on the phone with me for hours as we cleaned up any credit report errors, which resulted in improving my credit. I was literally amazed at how accessible he was, too. I think he works something like 23 hours a day. I can't recommend Joseph any higher. Thanks Again
