It's not about the competitive rate.  It's not about being thorough.  It's about Joe Restivo!   This man has no limits.   If you need help/answers/advice at 10:pm on a Sunday night because you just saw something online, you will get Joe's full attention.  Sure he has taken care of me TWICE since September of 2008, but It's not about quantity with him.   It's about quality.   He treated me amazingly the first and second time around.   Loan guys in general are in too much of a hurry before you send in your paperwork and then turn into foot-draggers after your papers are on their desk.   You won't get that from Rite Way Mortgages.   Contact me if you have any hesitations.   I'll be more than happy to assure you that these aren't just words.    -Monica

We came to Mr. Restivo and ritewaymortgages.com in dire straights, as our current mortgage broker was in the midst of fumbling our home purchase deal at a critical moment. Joseph not only righted the ship, but was able to produce a product that literally saved us upward of 6k a year. He sat on the phone with me for hours as we cleaned up any credit report errors, which resulted in improving my credit. I was literally amazed at how accessible he was, too. I think he works something like 23 hours a day. I can't recommend Joseph any higher.

I just wanted to say what an awesome refi this was.  We were actually "attempting" to refi with our current mortgage holder, thinking it would be the smoothest....NIGHTMARE!!!!  I found RiteWay on line, and David contacted me, and I actually enjoyed the process of refinancing.  David was very knowledgable, and very up front with all fees and pricing, and timing as well.  We got a phenomenal rate, and closed on the day that David said we would from the very first time I talked to him.  On a side note, I mentioned that I was going to the gym one day, and David gave me a great "diet" ....more of a healthy way of eating, and he guaranteed I would lose 5 lbs before the loan closed, and I actually lost 8 lbs....WAY TO GO DAVID!!!!  Thanks again for all your assistance, I would recommend David to anyone!

I had to purchase a condo in Fremont, Northern California, some time in June this year for my daughter who was renting an apartment at that time.  Just like any other loan applicants, I had to work with 3 mortgage lenders in order to get the best deal.  I did not expect Riteway Mortgages to be competitive enough because I knew I was dealing directly with 2 big banks for their business.  To my surprise, Joe Restivo's Riteway beat the other lenders by a mile.  Interest rates, costs associated with the loan, points and most of all, honesty and truthfulness were the benchmarks that steered me towards Riteway.  Joe's cost estimates were right within the ballpark.  There were no surprises.

I couldn't be happier because I knew I made the right choice.  My only regret was that I still owe Joe the 6-pack I promised him and, to this date, still hasn't closed this deal.

I closed a mortgage with Riteway this September. I was having problems with the lender I was working with so I decided to switch to Riteway. My closing date was less than 2 weeks away and both my agent and the selling agent frowned upon me changing lenders so close to closing day, saying it was a bad move.  But  Dave assured me he could have the loan closed on time as long as I trusted him and followed his instructions promptly. Not only did Dave close the loan on time but got me the lowest rate available anywhere! He could've even closed earlier but I had to ask him to slow down! Dave delivered on his promises every step of the way.  If I ever need to refinance or get another mortgage I know who to go to.
