• We will provide you with a guaranteed rate lock confirmation. If there is any delay in getting your mortgage done because of RiteWayMortgages Processing or Underwriting process we will extend the lock for FREE.
  
• We will send you a Good Faith Estimate (GFE) without requiring your Social Security number. We will disclose all our fees up front so you know exactly what you will be paying

All mortgage loans have the following fees (Don’t let anyone tell you otherwise):

• Title insurance - the fee is determined by the amount of the mortgage.
  
• Escrow/Attorney fee – this is determined by the Escrow company or attorney. We have negotiated with a number of Escrow companies to get you the lowest fee possible.
  
• Appraisal fee – this is determined by the size of the property being appraised.
  
• Recording fees – this is determined by the County where the home is located.
  
• Notary fees – this is determined by the Notary company.
